Piper has been getting extra attention lately from our neighbor, Sarah. She is out of school for the summer and asked if she could come play/babysit whenever she wanted. And of course I said yes!
Piper has decided that she really likes capes, and this is the closest thing we have to one right now. She "flies" around and insists on wearing the "helmet," too!
I may be biased, but I think Graham is one of the prettiest babies I have ever seen. Josh and say all the time that it's a good thing he's cute because we would have thrown him out the window a long time ago.
Early morning snuggles (and nibbles)
While I took Graham to the doctor early this week, Piper stayed with her friend Mikey. His mom captured this picture of them playing together. They are good friends, and so are their mommas!
Mikey's mom and I went to a concert together last week.
Piper and I have resumed our summer ritual of shopping at the Farmer's Market on Saturday mornings (with Graham in tow now). Last weekend we picked up a bunch of green beans from our favorite produce stand (we know the farmer), and Piper could not get enough of them. This night she ate four helpings!
Josh and I treated ourselves to a date night last week. There is a major country music concert series held in Nashville every summer--four full days and nights of concerts. This is my fourth consecutive year of attending, and I finally convinced Josh to go along with me one night. We saw some of our favorite artists and had a great time together!
