After we returned home on Monday, Josh converted Piper's crib to a toddler bed by taking off the front piece. Piper was so excited to sleep in her "big girl bed." She has done better than we'd hoped with this transition; she's staying in bed until we come and get her in the morning and after nap and hasn't fallen out yet!
