A day at the park

It was brought to my attention over the holiday weekend that I was not being a very good blogger. It's true that I haven't posted much lately, but that isn't because we haven't been doing anything. In fact, the opposite is true. We've been so busy having summer fun that I haven't had much time to take pictures, much less blog. One of our favorite outings has been going to a park about 15 minutes away from our house. This park has a fantastic playground, and Piper loves it. The first thing she does after we get there is stop and point at all the fun obstacles and kids playing (see above picture). Once she surveys the land, she's off exploring. There aren't many pictures of her cute face in this post because I'm following behind her as she runs around!
going in the teepee
waiting for her turn to ride the lady bug
cautiously crossing the rubber bridge
walking around on the benches
playing in the dirt/mulch
snack time!
