A week at Nana's

Piper, Graham, and I were lucky enough to spend a week in east Tennessee after Easter.  It was a welcomed break for me as Graham demands so much from me, day and night, and Piper is pretty high-maintenance, too.  We had a great time, and Nana and Gramps were a huge help to me!

Piper loved playing in their sandbox.  I refuse to get a sandbox because they are so messy, but I'm glad she can play with theirs (and get them to clean her up!).

The Easter bunny brought Graham this ball, and he really likes it.  He is just beginning to grab things, and this is easy for him to curl his little fingers around.

I snapped this picture when Piper got excited after hearing Gramps coming through the door.  She loves him!

We spent an afternoon at the park and even met another little girl named Piper!

Our little ball-lover spent two Saturdays at the ball field watching cousin Ian playing ball.  At the end of one of the games, Nana took her out on the field to run the bases.  She still talks about "running home base".

Aunt Sarah Beth had this bath seat which allowed me to bathe Piper and Graham together for the first time.  They were all smiles in the tub!  I did have to tell Piper not to pour water on Graham's head, however.

This girl makes me laugh all the time!
