SNOW!!!!!

Last week we finally got some snow here in Nashville!  It snowed Thursday night/Friday morning just enough to bundle up and see what the kids thought about it.  Piper had been BEGGING for snow, so I knew she would love it, but I wasn't sure how Graham would react.  Neither kid seemed to mind the cold or all their snow gear and got right down to business!  The snow was all gone by noon that day.

Then Saturday morning, we woke up to this!  It was a complete surprise.  We wasted no time getting out in it, which was a good thing because, just like the day before, the snow was all gone by lunchtime.

I taught Piper how to make a snow angel.  She thought that was so cool and asked if we could then "make the rest of the Nativity."  Love her!

 I'm not sure if we will get any more snow this year, but I'm glad we had just enough so the kids could play in it (and it not interrupt our daily comings and goings!).
